About the Role: 
Kpay, a fast growing fintech company is in search a talent acquisition manager to join to support future hiring needs in Hong Kong and overseas. 

Job Requirements: 
Review and leverage the whole talent acquisition cycle from sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, interviewing to deliver headcount targets.
Establish innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies, to build the talent pipelines.
Work closely with the hiring managers to establish the fit-for purpose talent acquisition approach to cope with business growth and hiring needs.
Provide recruitment solutions, talent mapping and market insights to hiring manager
Develop, monitor and achieve talent acquisition related KPIs to enquire the qualitative deliverables and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Prepare and compile various statistics and reports
Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
Degree holder in any disciplines
Recruitment agency background are also welcome
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, attentive to details and as an excellent team player
Passion in developing long-term career in Talent Acquisition
Strong computer literacy in MS Office
Immediate availability is preferred
Candidate with less experience will consider as  Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager
