Our dynamic HR team plays a vital role in supporting our leaders and employees at both the operational and strategic levels. While HR focuses on managing our relationship with employees, our culture management team focuses on fostering heartfelt connections between employees and the company.

Our HR team is made up of professionals in various sub-functions such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Analytics, etc., who use cutting-edge practices to develop and support critical capabilities aligned with our organisational priorities.

Responsibilities:
●Take charge of day-to-day HR operations for the Kpay group, embracing our startup culture.
●Play a pivotal role in transforming our HR function and taking it to the next level within the organization.
●Collaborate with other members of the people team to shape the organization's people-related strategy.
●Independently handle HR matters, from generating innovative ideas to executing and evaluating them.
●Work closely with an energetic group of international stakeholders, contributing as an integral part of the team.

Requirements:
●Possess at least 8 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably in the financial services or technology sectors.
●Demonstrate a solid foundation in all areas of HR, including HR operations, systems, rewards and benefits, talent management, employee relations, and knowledge of working practices in China and other North Asian countries.
●Exhibit strong personal presence and credibility, along with excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
●Display a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to build relationships across diverse cross-functional teams.
●Be flexible, enthusiastic, motivated, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
●Have exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of working collaboratively within the team as well as independently.
●Previous experience in a fast-paced, small setup in the FinTech/High-Tech industry would be advantageous.
