Kpay, a growing startup, is in search of a skilled HR Manager (Transformation) to lead the planning and implementation of our system and people analytics initiatives. In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery of the project, meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and satisfying all stakeholders. Your focus will be on optimizing HR workflows and processes, requiring close collaboration with HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
●Identify and analyze existing or potential challenges and opportunities related to structure, people, and processes, and develop effective solutions from conception to execution.
●Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to understand and optimize HR workflows and processes.
●Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
●Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including HR, IT, vendors, and end-users, to ensure project success.
●Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
●Adhere to project management best practices and methodologies.
●Provide regular project status updates to all stakeholders, including senior management.
●Develop and maintain project documentation and training materials.
●Provide post-implementation support to drive user adoption and optimize system performance.
●Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
●Participate in HRIS-related projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:
●Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
●Experience with HR workflows and processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and compensation.
●Proficiency in HR-related systems and people analytics.
●Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors.
●Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and change management.
●Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
