About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network, a deep understanding of the investment process, and excellent presentation skills.
Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives. Provide input and insights on fundraising best practices and trends.
Investor Sourcing and Networking: Leverage your existing network and actively build new relationships to source potential investors. Cultivate strong relationships with investors, investment firms, venture capitalists, and other relevant stakeholders.
Presentations and Pitching: Prepare compelling presentations and pitch materials to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition, growth potential, and investment opportunities. Present confidently and professionally in front of diverse audiences
Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and investor preferences. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in investment management, fundraising, or related roles, with a focus on private equity or venture capital
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
