Job Responsibilities:

Communication and Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
Facilitate effective communication and information flow between the executive team and various departments within the organization.
 
Business Support:
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations for the executive team.
Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
 
Confidentiality and Discretion:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding data protection and confidentiality.
 
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive and productive interactions.
Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively provide support and solutions.

Job Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum of 3+ years' secretarial and personal assistant experience in serving top management
Positive, energetic and out-going, possess of strong can-do attitude and able to work independently
High proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing Proactive, mature, organized and result-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate available is highly preferred
