Responsibilities

Understand merchant requirements and identify their pain points
Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential merchants
Provide premium account service to assigned accounts to maintain good relationships and generate new business opportunities
Maintain a close relationship with the merchants for upselling and cross-selling proposes
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring merchants satisfaction

Requirements

Diploma holder in business-related or relevant disciplines or above
Working experience and knowledge in the online / offline payment industry is highly desirable
At least 3 years of solid sales / business development experience and account management experience 
Ability to develop relationship with clients, assimilate new technology knowledge
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus
