Job Duties:
Accounts Receivable (AR) Settlement
Process incoming payments from customers and apply them accurately to customer accounts.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to payment allocations. - Monitor and follow up on overdue customer balances.
Prepare regular reports on AR settlements, aging, and collection activities.
Accounts Payable (AP) Settlement
Process outgoing payments to vendors according to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding issues.
Maintain accurate records of AP settlements and ensure timely vendor payment.
Payment Processing
Manage the massive amount of end-to-end payment process for both AR and AP transactions.
Monitor payment platforms and resolve any payment-related issues or errors by collaborating with customer service and compliance teams .
Reconcile payment transactions and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
Age Analysis:
Perform regular age analysis of both AR and AP balances to identify overdue accounts and outstanding payables.
Communicate with relevant stakeholders to resolve aged balances and ensure timely settlement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting
Proven experience 3-5 years in finance roles with a focus on AR and AP settlements, payment processing, and age analysis.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and controls.
Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform age analysis and interpret financial data.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in transaction processing and record-keeping.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong ownership
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications is a must.
