About the Role:
Our client is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to forge strategic business partnerships. The ideal candidate is an experienced and highly-networked professional within the gaming industry that can spearhead our partnership initiatives. This role will play a pivotal role in enabling the company to cultivate, oversee, and implement enduring partnerships with game studios, distribution channels, and platforms throughout the US market.

Responsibilities:

    • Establish partnerships with mobile game developers and publishers for cloud-powered gaming services.
    • Identify, evaluate, and manage new partnerships and opportunities that enhance value for the company's platforms.
    • Collaborate closely with internal functional and product teams to align on business development strategies.
    • Foster positive relationships throughout the organization.
    • Seek an experienced, motivated, and highly organized professional to drive growth strategies.
    • Report directly to the VP of Business Development.

Requirements:

    • Demonstrated track record of success in a business development or related role within the mobile game industry.
    • Proven leadership capabilities in high-paced environments, with a talent for nurturing and advancing top-tier talent on an accelerated career path.
    • Exceptional quantitative and financial skills.
    • The capacity to build deep, trust-based relationships and exert influence over various stakeholder groups, both directly and indirectly.
    • Proficiency in managing multiple concurrent priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
    • Outstanding problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative skills.
    • Self-motivated and comfortable with uncertainty, displaying proactive and self-directed behavior from day one.
    • Strong persuasive communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal communication, tailored to diverse internal and external audiences.
