About the Role:
In order to advance the ethos of compassion, altruism, and generosity central to our client's game, the team seeks a Digital Marketing Manager with a creative and inspirational spirit to convey the game's value through various aesthetic media forms and a profound understanding of the game’s philosophy. This role entails collaborating closely with the marketing teams in both the US and Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing activities, including analysis, planning, execution, and review.
- Steering the direction of video and static creative for user acquisition.
- Negotiating and managing global and local networks effectively.
- Collaborating and reporting to the marketing team at headquarters.
- Strategizing and executing media tie-ins and collaborations with local partners.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as MMP and Tableau.
- Grasp of our client's core values.
- Fluency in Japanese (native) and business-level English.
- Capability to thrive in a remote work setting.
- Demonstrated self-starter mentality.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous employment background in an agency or app game company.
- An avid passion for gaming.
- Showcase enjoyment playing our client’s games.
