ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our client is actively looking for a Senior Growth Consultant who is driven and customer-focused to join their vibrant team!

In this role, you will work closely with their Enterprise clients, delving into their individual objectives and obstacles, crafting tailored strategies for App Store Optimization and growth marketing, and assisting them throughout the implementation process. This position demands expertise in ASO/ASA (Apple Search Ads) strategies, outstanding communication abilities, and a knack for fostering robust client connections. 

Reporting to their Chief Revenue Officer, this role promises an engaging and impactful journey within our partner's ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

    • Enhance your ASO proficiency and stay updated on emerging app stores like the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, along with mobile growth trends.
    • Conduct ASO audits for Enterprise clients' apps, optimizing their visibility and conversion through keyword and creative enhancements, employing various ASO and growth tactics.
    • Leverage your analytical prowess to offer expert insights and data-backed recommendations, identifying growth opportunities for Enterprise clients.
    • Present your analyses and recommendations to clients, providing comprehensive support and addressing any queries related to ASO and app marketing.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs and issues based on your ASO expertise.
    • Advocate for ASO benefits and our client's services to potential leads and customers seeking guidance.
    • Collaborate with Account Managers to devise strategies and explore opportunities for upselling/cross-selling within your client base.
    • Work with the Head of ASO to refine ASO Consultancy services and suggest areas for improvement.
    • Engage with the product team to relay customer feedback on new features and enhancements.
    • Contribute to ASO-focused content creation, such as blog posts and videos, to educate clients and leads about ASO principles and strategies.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of ASO or mobile app User Acquisition experience, either at an agency or client side.
    • Proficiency in Excel and a track record of handling complex data to make informed decisions.
    • Familiarity with core mobile marketing terminology and a desire to expand knowledge in mobile app growth.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills to foster meaningful client relationships and defend results.
    • Ability to collaborate with Account Managers to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities within your client base.
    • Driven by growth, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and resilient in overcoming challenges.
    • Proven track record of proactive feedback sharing and seeking, contributing positively to team culture.
    • Highly organized with a focus on timely project delivery and performing well under pressure.
