Role Overview: In this role, you will use data to influence decisions, support product initiatives, and address key business needs around monitoring regulatory compliance and responding to regulatory exams in a timely manner. You will develop dashboards and reporting tools that empower stakeholders across compliance, product, and business operations teams. Your insights will guide executive decisions, track business metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance product strategies.
In this role you will:
- Strategic Data Insights: Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights that influence company strategy, product direction, and operational improvements. Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and product teams.
- Dashboard & Reporting: Design and implement dashboards that track key business metrics, product performance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring transparency and driving data-informed decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with compliance, product, and operations teams to build data solutions that meet business needs, support regulatory requirements, and optimize company processes.
- Market & Business Analysis: Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor performance to inform business and product strategies. Provide recommendations for growth and competitive advantage.
- Communication: Present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making across all levels of the organization.
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics, with a strategic focus on decision support, not just reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Proven ability to influence business and product strategy through data insights and reporting.
- Experience building dashboards for internal stakeholders across business functions, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and performance tracking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to executives and cross-functional teams.
- Fintech or regulatory compliance experience is a plus.

*Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on geographical market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone 1: $165,000 - $190,000 (SF/Bay Area, NYC, Seattle)
Zone 2: $143,670 - $165,220 (Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Philadelphia, Portland, Sacramento, Miami)
Zone 3: $124,800 - $143,550 (Other US Metros)
