Job Description
Leapfin’s Sr. Business Development Representative (BDR) will generate a high-quality sales pipeline of businesses interested in purchasing our $100K+ SaaS solution. Our BDRs have broad support from our Sales and Marketing teams, and we place a high value on mentorship. Now is the ideal time to join our sales organization, as we’ve established clear product-market fit and are now scaling rapidly.

Compensation
OTE (USD): $80,000 - $100,000
Base Salary (USD): $60,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities

    • Schedule initial discovery meetings with prospective Leapfin buyers
    • Develop and execute outbound sales sequences via Outreach.io
    • Maintain data integrity for reporting and analytics purposes in Salesforce
    • Improve outbound copy and strategies to convert more efficiently and accurately convey Leapfin’s value propositions
    • Establish yourself as an expert in Finance Operations and SaaS that prospects can trust

Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
    • 1+ years of business development experience with a SaaS provider
    • Experience developing and executing multi-channel outbound sales sequences
    • Track record of exceeding outbound sales quota and KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience selling a SaaS product with ACV > $100K
    • Experience with ABM motions coordinated between Marketing, AEs, and BDRs
    • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and softwares
