The Role:

Are you ready to take on a high-impact finance role at one of the most ambitious and fast-growing companies in the industry? Legend is on an exciting journey of transformation and expansion with acquisitions being integrated, a brand-new enterprise performance management (EPM) system being implemented, and a critical budgeting cycle approaching.

This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal role where your expertise will directly shape how we scale and succeed. Reporting to the Head of FP&A in London, you'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team and play a central role in building robust financial insights that empower strategic decisions across our global portfolio.

Your Impact:

    • Lead strategic financial analysis and support high-impact projects that drive growth and profitability.
    • Partner with diverse teams to provide data-driven insights that influence key business decisions.
    • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and actionable insights.
    • Develop deep business performance insights to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
    • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, data systems, and methodologies.
    • Support M&A activities and provide ad hoc support for commercial projects.

What You’ll Bring:

    • Professional accounting qualification with extensive FP&A or commercial finance experience.
    • Strong analytical skills with a knack for drawing actionable conclusions from data.
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive change and inform decision-makers.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel modeling skills.
    • Experience with EPM tools advantageous.

The Interview Process:

    • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
    • 2nd: Interview with our Head of FP&A and and Senior People Partner (1 hour video via Zoom)
    • 3rd: Final interview with our Executive Director (1 hour video interview)
