The Role:

Legend is hiring a Commercial Operations Executive - Deal Centre Owner to join our growing team, reporting directly to the Commercial Data Operations Lead.

As a Commercial Operations Executive – Deal Centre Owner, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Deal Centre to ensure it functions as the central hub for seamless collaboration, efficient data management, and improved commercial decision-making across the business.

You will oversee the quality, accuracy, and consistency of commercial data, proactively identify and resolve data issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and reporting capabilities. Your work will be critical in supporting the business with reliable insights and enabling data-driven strategies that drive commercial success.

Your Impact:

    • Manage and oversee Deal Centre data quality, accuracy, coverage, and efficient data management processes.
    • Unblock weekly commercial data calculations by performing manual data entries and ensuring all deal and brand information is up to date.
    • Conduct ad hoc quality assurance (QA) tests and implement a comprehensive QA plan to validate data integrity.
    • Identify and resolve potential data errors before they impact business operations.
    • Ensure data consistency across systems to reduce the risk of incorrect data connections.
    • Partner with product teams to develop tools that enhance data visibility and reporting.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to establish and refine data management processes.

What You’ll Bring:

    • Proven ability to manage, organise, and interpret data to ensure quality and accuracy.
    • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on maintaining data integrity across all processes.
    • Familiarity with data management tools, databases, and CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus; training provided).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively address data challenges.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and explain complex data concepts clearly.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build processes and drive operational improvements.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and new data management challenges.

The Interview Process:

    • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
    • 2nd: Interview with the People Partner and Commercial Operations Executive (1 hour interview via Zoom)
    • 3rd: Final interview with the Head of Commercial Operations (1 hour interview via Zoom)
