The Role:
As a successful high growth media business, operating across the world we are looking for a successful Talent Partner to join our global team on a initial 6 month basis. With the complex environment online products bring we have a unique, exciting and challenging opportunity for you to really apply your skill and knowledge to.
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for hiring positions across a variety of skill sets and countries predominantly focused on Europe. You'll be partnering with our brilliant hiring managers to generate and maintain a network of top talent supporting our business growth and directly impact our ability to build a world-class team that drives our ambitious goals.

Your Impact:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including, but not limited to, sourcing, applicant screening, facilitating interviews, advising hiring managers and extending job offers
- Provide effective end-to-end recruitment solutions by partnering with hiring managers to understand their requirements, provide sourcing strategies, and engage new talent.
- Design and execute creative, multi-channel opportunities for sourcing passive and active candidates.
- Ensure data integrity and support talent reporting through effective use of our ATS.

- Experienced hiring within a global high growth business across multiple disciplines.
- Autonomously run talent processes within your own business unit.
- Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods.
- An analytical approach to hiring, utilising data to drive impact and provide insight to your Hiring Managers
- An innate connector who loves to build pipelines and deep networks of diverse talent across multi disciplines and geographies
- A passionate creator of game changing candidate experiences
- Capability to handle challenging issues in a diverse and dynamic environment
The Interview Process:
- 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Acquisition Manager & Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with Senior People Partner (1 hour video via Zoom)
- 3rd: Final interview with Head of Talent & Sourcing Lead (1 hour video via Zoom)
