The Role:

Legend is hiring a Commercial Operations Executive - Deal Centre Owner, reporting directly to our Commercial Data Operations Lead.

If you're looking to step up in your career and take real ownership of something that matters, this is your moment. As the Commercial Operations Executive, you'll be at the heart of our revenue intelligence engine managing the system that gives us visibility into how we’re performing.

This isn't just about data entry or maintenance, this is about owning a mission-critical system that powers commercial decisions across the business. You'll have the autonomy to shape processes, spot issues before they become problems, and partner with teams across account management, product, and operations to make our data smarter, faster, and more reliable.

Your Impact:

    • Manage and maintain the Deal Center to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient data management.
    • Oversee data quality, accuracy, and coverage to ensure trustworthy commercial data.
    • Perform manual data entries and updates to support weekly commercial calculations.
    • Proactively identify and correct data discrepancies before they impact business decisions.
    • Conduct ad hoc QA tests and implement a comprehensive data validation strategy.
    • Ensure consistency of data across multiple platforms and systems.
    • Partner with product teams to build tools that improve data visibility and reporting capabilities.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to refine and enhance data-related processes.
    • Play a pivotal role in enabling timely, informed commercial decisions throughout the organization.

What You’ll Bring:

    • Proven experience in managing, organizing, and interpreting data to ensure quality and accuracy.
    • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and internal data tools—training available if needed.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize operational processes.
    • Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving data management needs.

The Interview Process:

    • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
    • 2nd: Interview with our team, People Partner & Commercial Operations Executive (1 hour video via Zoom)
