The Role:
Legend is hiring a Commercial Operations Executive, reporting directly to our Senior Commercial Operations Lead.
The Commercial Operations Executive plays a key role in ensuring our commercial offering is always accurate, up-to-date, and of the highest quality. Acting as the backbone of our commercial operations, you’ll manage merchandising updates with precision and use well-defined processes and thorough quality checks to keep everything running smoothly.
Working at the heart of a high-performing team, your work directly supports the business to stay competitive, maximise conversion opportunities, and align with our commercial strategy. Your Impact:
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Pillars on ongoing projects and ad hoc tasks.
- Manage and update internal databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain up-to-date information across sites using internal tools and perform quality assurance checks.
- Oversee landing pages and tracking link management to support campaigns.
- Coordinate exclusive offers, freerolls, tournaments, no deposit offers, free spins, and seasonal campaigns.
- Source and manage design assets, and set up streamlined internal processes for the team.
- Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure all activity meets regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report on competitors’ activity to keep our commercial offering ahead of the curve.
What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational and data entry abilities, with high attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively across all levels and departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in online advertising or customer support is highly desirable.
- Understanding of cookies, web tracking, and familiarity with CRM systems/WordPress; basic HTML knowledge is a plus.

- 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with our team, People Partner & Senior Commercial Operations Lead (1 hour video via Zoom)
- 3rd: Interview with Head of Commercial Operations
