The Role

Legend is hiring a Content Editor, reporting directly to our Senior Content Editor. This role will support our leading casino comparison site content team to launch and optimise high quality content for our North American markets.

In this role, we value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed.

Your Impact:

    • Edit, proofread and publish content for our English-speaking products.
    • Managing external writers to ensure deadlines are being met and content is to a high standard.
    • Audit existing content and create new content based on our user and SEO best practices.
    • Use tools like Ahrefs, SemRush and SurferSEO to recommend ways we can optimise our content.
    • Contribute ideas to our content strategies and ensure they’re followed.
    • Use your skills and keen eye to suggest new, innovative ways of engaging our iGaming audience and expanding our reach in the market.
    • Collaborate with other teams in the company, including Country Managers, Product, UX Design, and Engineering.

What You'll Bring:

    • Solid writing and proofing skills, as well as an unrivalled eye for detail.
    • Relevant experience in a similar role editing & optimising content for the web.
    • Hands-on experience with SEO from a previous role and experience using metrics to monitor/validate content success.
    • A “can do” attitude that thrives when working to deadlines in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
    • Be self-motivated, imaginative and confident in working on your own initiative and with autonomy.
    • Team player mentality. We like to work with friendly people who thrive when working collaboratively.
    • Improvement mindset. Constantly striving to learn, develop and grow – you embrace feedback.
    • It would also be great, but not essential, if you had:
    • Prior experience or knowledge of working in the iGaming industry
    • Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) like Contentful or WordPress is a big plus.

The Interview Process:

    • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 minute interview via Zoom)
    • 2nd: Interview with our team Content Manager & Senior Content Editor (1 hour video interview via Zoom)
    • 3rd: Take home task - you will be given a few days to complete the task.
    • 4th: Final interview with our team, GM and Content Manager (1 hour video interview via Zoom)
