Legend is hiring a Content Manager for our North American content team, reporting directly to our Managing Editor. We’re looking for a dynamic content team lead, with strong editorial and SEO skills and knowledge of what it takes to create the best iGaming content for North American players.

This role will help us to supercharge our NA content performance while growing and developing our high-performing content team.

Your Impact:

    • Help us to launch new content and grow some of the top iGaming brands in North American markets.
    • Lead the development of high-performing content teams and ensure that team and business goals are met through effective team management
    • Utilize your skills in managing content production processes to remove blockers and improve our content operations and content production processes
    • Shape your skillset in creating a strong brand voice and identity during an exciting period of growth for our North American brands.
    • Supercharge your personal and professional growth by collaborating with some of the strongest experts in Content, SEO, and Product within the iGaming sphere.

What You'll bring:

    • Content leadership & team management. You have proven experience in leading and managing the performance of a team of editors, setting goals, and creating development plans
    • Strong written/editorial skills, with a focus on SEO and a good understanding of user-focused copy and persuasion tactics.
    • Excellent prioritization and project management skills, viewing tasks with an ROI lens and demonstrating the ability to measure, learn, and iterate for growth.
    • Data-driven content insights. You are experienced in analyzing and reporting on content and SEO performance metrics, to drive performance through our strategy.
    • Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing content operations and production processes, with expertise in using a CMS and best practices for content architecture.
    • Confident in collaborating with other disciplines in cross-functional teams, particularly SEO, design, and product teams.

The Interview Process:

    • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
    • 2nd: Interview with our team, Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 (1 hour video via Zoom)
    • 3rd: Take home task - you will be given 3 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 (Hiring Manager) (1 hour video via Zoom)
    • 4th: Final interview with our team, Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 (1 hour video via Zoom)
