We're a growing B2B SaaS company looking to scale our revenue operations and billing systems. Our products are priced on a subscription basis and integrate deeply with Salesforce CPQ for quoting, billing, and renewals.
$110,000 - $135,000 a year
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, Salesforce & Revenue Systems to join our team to lead the design, optimization, and scale of our revenue systems ecosystem - centered around Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ & Billing, and a handful of other integrations. This role will play a critical part in supporting our revenue operations and will work cross-functionally to enable seamless quote-to-cash workflows that are scalable, accurate and aligned with business goals. You’ll also manage and mentor a small revenue operations team responsible for data integrity, reporting and system configuration.
Key Focus Areas:
Revenue Systems Administration: Own the administration, execution and management of our revenue systems ecosystems, centered around Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ & Billing. Define and maintain a roadmap for system enhancements, integrations, and automation to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Salesforce CPQ & Billing Management: Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of our Salesforce CPQ & Billing instance to streamline the quote-to-cash process. Ensure system performance, security and scalability while maintaining data integrity, and system governance.
Salesforce Process Design & Optimization: Maintain & improve our overall Salesforce ecosystem by gathering requirements, designing scalable processes, and implementing solutions for business and technical challenges. Make processes easy and intuitive for our teams!
Cross-Functional Enablement: Act as the primary point of contact between Operations, Finance, Sales & Customer Success for all revenue systems-related initiatives. Partner with Finance to ensure billing, invoicing and cash collection data is accurate and easily accessible.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the technical design, optimization, and scaling of Salesforce CPQ & Billing.
Manage integrations and oversee other key revenue systems integrated with Salesforce such as Docusign, Salesloft, Marketo, Calendly and our app.
Manage, build and maintain workflows and processes (primarily leveraging Flows) to support custom solutions.
Perform data migrations.
Oversee the lifecycle management of users and licenses, including onboarding/offboarding, role assignments, profile and permission set configurations, and management of public groups.
Manage updates and upgrades to Salesforce infrastructure.
Deliver end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and effective use of Salesforce tools.
Oversee ongoing data hygiene practices, Salesforce configurations and implementations, and evaluation of new Salesforce releases/features.
Manage and mentor a small revenue operations team.
Partner with stakeholders to support revenue reporting, forecast accuracy, and strategic planning.
What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications):
5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, and/or Salesforce administration/development.
Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ & Billing.
Deep expertise in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ & Billing (and related quote-to-cash systems).
Strong hands-on experience working directly with Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, pricing rules, bundles, and amendments.
Proficient in Apex, Flow Builder, and declarative Salesforce tools.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription billing, and revenue recognition principles.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable managing people while remaining highly hands-on with systems and tools.
A bonus if you have…
Familiarity with integrated tools such as Stripe, DocuSign, or Avalara.
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
