What We’re Looking For
- Grew through the ranks into financial leadership at a large financial accounting firm or CFO with 5+ years of experience in restaurants
- Strong operator: You’ve owned ambiguous initiatives and driven them to outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset: You use data to drive decisions and storytelling
- Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
- Low ego, high EQ: You lead with curiosity and are comfortable behind the scenes
