What We’re Looking For

    • Grew through the ranks into financial leadership at a large financial accounting firm or CFO with 5+ years of experience in restaurants
    • Strong operator: You’ve owned ambiguous initiatives and driven them to outcomes
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Analytical mindset: You use data to drive decisions and storytelling
    • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
    • Low ego, high EQ: You lead with curiosity and are comfortable behind the scenes
