SALARY: $60,000 - $90,000/yr.

The Opportunity: 

To implement and manager's overall paid Search and Social campaigns. To promote's brand, visibility, and share of voice to drive awareness and education for the service/platform and ultimately drive downloads.

The Responsibilities

    • Campaign set up on all Search engines with extensive experience using Google Ad Words
    • Campaign set up on Social platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Linkedin) 
    • Identify and monitor key KPIs: impressions/volume driven to the site or app, CTR, bounce rate, impression share, video completion, downloads etc 
    • Provide key insights given Paid Search performance to improve quality score for organic rankings 
    • Prepare and present reports regularly to identify optimizations, provide testing opportunities seasonality trendsIdentifying the company’s buyer persona to better target and scale audiences 
    • Keep abreast of latest Search and Social betas and establishing relationships with representatives

Our Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations or related field 
    • 3 years of Search and Social Media management experience
    • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
    • Proficient using multi-social posting programs: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat
    • Experience developing Search social media strategies and working with and developing a marketing plan 
    • Understanding of graphic design principles
