We're seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent team at Luma AI. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure a seamless candidate experience while supporting our recruiting team in finding exceptional talent to build groundbreaking AI technology. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about creating an outstanding experience for everyone who interacts with our hiring process.

What You'll Do

    • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling for candidates and hiring teams, creating a smooth, well-coordinated experience
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the hiring process
    • Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation in our ATS (Ashby)
    • Coordinate candidate travel and accommodations when necessary
    • Prepare interview materials and assist with interview panel preparation
    • Help organize and execute recruiting events, both virtual and in-person
    • Track recruiting metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress
    • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline our recruiting processes
    • Collaborate with the broader talent team to ensure consistent quality across all candidate touchpoints

What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, preferably in a technology company
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • Experience with ATS systems (Ashby experience is a plus)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Problem-solving mindset with ability to juggle multiple priorities
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and willingness to learn new systems
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
    • Experience supporting technical hiring is a plus
