About the Role
Salesforce Consultants support projects from an engagement perspective, advising clients on best practice for implementation and customization of their Salesforce environment. Salesforce Consultants work on projects to implement specialist Salesforce solutions, from pre-sales through to scoping technical requirements, solution design, configuration and UAT.
- Build strong and genuine relationships with clients and other stakeholders through a combination of your personal qualities and becoming a trusted advisor through your knowledge of Lumary and Salesforce products
- Facilitate demonstrations of the Lumary product to clients at the beginning of their Lumary and Salesforce -implementation journey
- Facilitate client workshops to understand, gather requirements and turn these requirements into technical specifications
- Remain knowledgeable of what solutions are possible through Lumary and Salesforce products to ensure you understanding is sound when facilitating workshops and documenting technical specifications
- Document technical specifications for finance and other billing processes that are required to be built by the Delivery Developer team
- Deliver intermediate to complex client solutions including configuration of Lumary, Salesforce and other Salesforce products per technical specifications documented and signed off on by the client
- Present and facilitate user training sessions for clients to ensure their understanding of the technology and new processes is sufficient
- Support user acceptance testing with any rectification projects and additional customizations
- Complete data migration uploads with attention to detail and diligence
- Support clients through the hypercare stage to ensure seamless adoption and integration of Lumary and Salesforce products
- Support with business development activities where required to assist with Growth, Sales and Marketing activities
- Provide support and input into Delivery team projects as needed to ensure documentation and knowledge transfer internally
About you
- 3 -4 years of experience working as a Salesforce Consultant
- Problem-solving mindset to overcome challenges proactively
- Experience in facilitating engaging workshops in a client facing role
- Proven relationship-building capability with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
- Experienced in business analysis to translate requirements into solutions
- Prior experience designing and delivering training
