About the role
Based in Denver the Senior Developer will support the team, collaborate with value stream leadership and execute the product strategy. The role will be responsible to drive a high performance culture within the ABA team, ensure coding principals and standards are upheld and be a technical mentor and guide for the team.
A day in the life
- Support the hiring process for the ABA team.
- Understand customer needs and how the product can satisfy them and design solutions accordingly
- Write high quality code that meets functionality requirements
- Ensuring Agile processes are used, enhanced and personal skills of the team are developed to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Drive application and process improvements
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases as well as other trends in technologies in the market

You Have Experience In
- Software design and developing customer-orientated software
- Educate and mentor individuals and teams on modern product development principles and practices
- You have strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Salesforce administration and development knowledge is desirable
- 5+ years' experience working in a similar industry
