About the Role

As an Implementation Coordinator, you will support customer implementations, ongoing maintenance and creation of training content. Prior experience in the ABA industry (either as a BCBA in a leadership role or preferably, someone with operational leadership experience) and previous experience in delivering group training is required in this role. Knowledge of ABA billing processes is preferred, but not required.

The implementation coordinator will contribute to our help center and Lumary Academy training content by maintaining existing content and creating new content as new product functionality becomes available.

- Create implementation deliverables for each new customer (Trello board, kick-off slide deck, etc.) and manage various setup activities (clearinghouse account setup, Pendula and Chargent registrations, etc.)
- Collaborate on the scheduling and coordination of implementation and training activities.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to customer champion users.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including written documentation and video content.
- Ensure implementation deadlines are met, and if not possible, communicate any timeline changes to the larger team.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, technical writing, customer success) to ensure alignment across training and support materials.

About You

    • Demonstrated experience delivering training to large groups (does not need to be specific to software training)
    • Experience in the ABA industry and knowledge of standard industry concepts and processes (i.e. scheduling, authorization management)
    • Proven ability to develop high-quality training materials (written and video)
    • Strong documentation and process design skills related to training delivery.
    • Previous experience implementing ABA software and processes, system admin in Lumary or similar systems, or project management experience (preferred)
    • Work in an environment where uncertainty and ambiguity is expected and normal
    • Get your hands dirty understanding the product and how it functions
    • Join in on training sessions and take early initiative in leading parts until comfortable running full training for a customer
    • Proactively collaborate with your colleagues to better understand the product, the industry or our customers
