About the role

As an IT Administrator based in Adelaide you will manage our IT infrastructure, including software and hardware. This role includes overseeing accounts, managing IT assets, supporting IT onboarding and off-boarding, and providing technical support when needed. The IT administrator will work closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager and security team at Lumary to assist with implementing security measures and help mitigate IT related risks. This position requires strong technical skills, problem solving abilities and excellent communication.

A day in the life:

    • Take ownership of the administration, maintenance and optimisation of company IT infrastructure used for internal purposes, including software, cloud services, and network configuration.
    • Oversee the setup, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems to ensure seamless operations
    • Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights to ensure secure and efficient operations across the organisation.
    • Your problem-solving skills and knowledge of IT systems will enable you to troubleshoot effectively, ensuring that technical obstacles are overcome swiftly. By offering timely and reliable support, you'll enhance productivity and minimise downtime for the team.
    • You will support procurement tasks at different levels of participation. At times leading research and gathering information to put into a proposal for new suppliers. Other times working diligently to order new software or hardware per internal requests and processes.
    • Collaborate with the security team to ensure all IT systems comply with Lumary’s security standards.
