A Role with Purpose
As a Senior Product Manager focused on AI integrations, you will play a crucial role in bringing cutting-edge AI capabilities to our product and ensuring their successful implementation in our digital banking solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven features that enhance the user experience and provide value to our customers.
What You Get to Do:
Lead the integration of AI technologies into our digital banking platform to maintain and expand our market leadership.
Collaborate with the broader product team to rapidly understand and deploy AI capabilities, ensuring we keep pace with industry trends.
Oversee the development and deployment of AI-driven features in web and mobile applications.
Drive the adoption of Generative AI and machine learning technologies.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of AI-powered solutions.
Work closely with engineering, design, data, and other internal teams to define product requirements and specifications.
Monitor and analyze the performance of AI features, focusing on delivering a superior user experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to inform product strategy.
Effectively communicate AI strategies and their business impact to internal and external stakeholders
You Will Succeed by Leveraging Your:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in a high-impact product management role.
Proven product management experience, focusing on AI and machine learning.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and their applications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and consistently deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for innovation, staying ahead of industry trends, and continual learning.
Your Experience in One or More of These Areas Will Help You Excel:
Experience and understanding of the Generative AI and ML landscape, trends, and applications.
Experience implementing AI technologies in web and mobile applications for a B2B SaaS company.
Experience with financial technology, fintech, or banking is preferred.
Data-driven product development.
A background working with clients and development teams to define and deliver new products to market.
