What you get to do:
Be a true leader with responsibility for designing, developing, and launching software alongside talented teams of engineers, project managers and professional services
Own the product life cycle from conception to delivery; including requirements gathering, documentation creation, timelines specification, user experience analysis, quality assurance, product performance and product usage
Work with a cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, data scientists, trainers and financial institutions to build and bring innovative products to market
Craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients and prospects.
Work with user, platform and third party data to develop new and exciting features that improve the financial lives of consumers
Monitor and measure launched products and incorporate observations into the product development process
Engage with the Lumin Digital community and help to make Lumin Digital a better organization through honest, candid and respectful feedback
You will succeed by leveraging your:
BA/BS degree or equivalent educational and professional experience
5+ years of experience in a product management
Previous experience in Banking or FinTech
Ability to craft and share a compelling product vision and strategy with clients, prospects and Fintech industry
Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous innovation
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Your experience in one or more of these areas will help you excel:
Cardholder Lifecycle Management, Mobile Wallets, Payments, Money Movement
3rd Party software integrations, API, SSO and/or custom
Digital banking integrations, including core, account opening, lending or related systems
Retail and/or Business banking and credit union industry, ideally with some regulatory or compliance experience with CIP, KYC and/or AML concepts.
Data Driven Product Development
A background working with clients and development teams to solution and deliver new products to market.
