This role will work in domain of Autonomous Drive and Automated Driving and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (AD/ADAS), design and develop algorithms and systems that improves the perception of the surrounding environment for the vehicle. This role will have hands-on experience of GPU programming with CUDA, with deep understanding of both classical and machine learning based perception and sensor fusion.

Relocation assistance (domestic or international) is not provided for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement algorithms for various multi-task perception and scene understanding problems
    • Optimize, evaluate, and deploy the perception solutions for our autonomous driving system
    • Evaluate state-of-the-art technology and research in the field
    • Be highly collaborative and work closely with research and engineering teams
    • Mentor junior team members

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline (mechanical, computer, computer science, mechatronics, electrical, etc.)
    • 3+ years of working experience with ADAS/AD or AI , specifically in Perception.
    • Hands-on experience with modern deep learning architecture
    • Experience with robotics, signal processing, computer vision, and machine learning
    • Experience with multi-sensor system and sensor fusion
    • Hands-on experience with CUDA programming
    • Strong coding skills in C++
    • Valid US Driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

    • PhD degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline
    • 2+ years of industrial experience in autonomous driving
    • 2+ years of experience with CUDA and C++
    • Knowledge of computer architectures used for neural network inference, and neural network performance characteristics
The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, job-related education, skills, and experience, geographic location, and market conditions. The current salary range for this position is as follows and may be modified in the future: $135,000 - $168,800.
