We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day activities, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling a range of administrative responsibilities. This role collaborates closely with the CEO’s Chief of Staff, Executive Assistants supporting the VPs at MBRDNA, and counterparts at MBUSA, MBUSI, and in Germany to foster strong, effective partnerships across the organization. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, adaptable, and maintains the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO by managing daily operations, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, communication support, event logistics, expense reporting, and inbox prioritization.
- Coordinate and align executive priorities by organizing meetings, workshops, and cross-functional engagements.
- Manage tasks and calendars across multiple time zones.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive culture at MBRDNA and the new Atlanta engineering hub by partnering with employees and fellow Executive Administrative Assistants to identify opportunities for enhancing the employee experience and executing impactful engagement initiatives.
- Promote a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the Executive Administrative Assistant community at MBRDNA, fostering knowledge-sharing and peer support.
- Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to daily responsibilities, anticipating needs and delivering with efficiency and care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Graphic Design, Psychology or related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and calendars across multiple time zones
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage information and priorities effectively
- Proven experience in project coordination, including scheduling, resource planning, and administrative support
- Ability to maintain attention to detail while keeping a strategic, big-picture perspective
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, paired with sound business judgment and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
- Comfortable being accessible outside of standard business hours to support executive needs as required
- Valid driver’s license required for occasional travel or local transportation need

- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Experience developing and supporting initiatives that foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
- Skilled at managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to evolving timelines and demands
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours based on business needs
- Experience working in a global or cross-cultural environment is a plus
