Today, we are searching for that special person as a Business Development Executive who can help us take Mamo Business to those who need it.

Sales is about communicating a promise to people through honesty and empathy. It is the first human interaction between Mamo Business and those whose problems it will solve. It’s a chance to inform, inspire, and change a region and culture for the better, and it involves very little in the way of shouting or yelling but rather showing and serving. What you will do

    • Identify and generate industry-specific leads, through cold outreach and networking.
    • Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed deals and activation.
    • Deliver product demos, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts. 
    • Develop acquisition strategies, engage key decision-makers and ensure a smooth path from first contact to signed contract and activation.
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipelines and forecasts in Pipedrive.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success for seamless handovers.
    • Use product expertise to tailor solutions to each customer’s needs.
    • Share market and customer insights with Product and Sales teams.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance during onboarding.

What we’re looking for

    • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or payments across the GCC.
    • Proven ability to build trust and close deals with senior decision-makers.
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
    • Comfortable driving outbound activity and managing full sales cycles.
    • Proficient with CRM tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
    • Persistent, energetic, and strategic in hitting targets.
    • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
    • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
