About p0x labs
p0x labs, a group developing technologies behind projects including Manta Network, delivers privacy for web3 applications and decentralized assets through use of zero-knowledge proofs. The project is built in accordance with first principles, by applying cutting-edge cryptographic constructions such as zkSNARKs to design and deploy protocols with high performance and strong privacy/security guarantees.
Manta Network is supported by leading investors including Polychain and Binance Labs. The founding team has extensive experience in the blockchain space and come from educational institutions including Harvard and MIT, and leading web3 projects such as Algorand. Job Description
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work closely with the rest of the design team, stakeholders, and engineers in an iterative and feedback-driven process to create highly polished, visual layouts and interfaces based on user research, business requirements, and technical constraints
2. Focus on designing web and mobile apps - with a focus on usability and UX/UI
3. Come up with effective and creative solutions to multiple user experience problems
4. Conduct UX research and tests to challenge assumptions and validate design decisions
What You Will Need
1. Professional experience in Figma (or other similar tools)
2. Great verbal and written communication skills in English
3. Ability to work within a team and execute project requirements in a timely and organized manner, often under tight deadlines
4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
5. Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs to stakeholders and developers
6. Able to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and upper-management
7. Ability to work with established design systems
8. Give and take constructive feedback
9. Motivated to learn new techniques and technologies
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
1. Working knowledge of Web3
2. Experience with UX research and testing
