Maple Media is looking for an outgoing, highly motivated, and creative marketing coordinator to join our Los Angeles-based team. About the Role:
- Support the marketing team in the execution of social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, grow our audiences, and drive app downloads
- Contribute to social content planning, creation, and scheduling
- Support in analytics & reporting on key performance metrics to inform and optimize social strategy 
- Support in identifying & building relationships with content creators/influencers 
- Collaborate with the design & content teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing initiatives and maintain consistent brand voice and messaging
- Conduct various marketing research projects, ie: identifying emerging trends, social media influencers, etc.
- Assist with outreach & manage communication between influencers, vendors, or other third-party partners
- Create various marketing materials—presentation decks, creative briefs & reports 
- Attend & contribute to marketing team meetings, including creative & strategy brainstorms, tactical working sessions & marketing performance reviews

About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in the mobile apps or gaming industry
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Later, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Strong knowledge of social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Twitter/X, Pinterest
- Understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and platform-specific best practices
- Strong understanding of various content types and trends across various platforms
- Strong analytical skills to track and interpret social media performance metrics
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging social media campaigns
- Inquisitive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
- Takes initiative and works with urgency, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Able to work independently and across teams with minimal oversight and strong follow-through 
- Excellent oral communication, interpersonal, and copywriting skills Mobile app/games experience a plus
- Paid social strategy experience a plus
- Basic skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & Premiere Pro) are a plus

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level.
