Maple Media is looking for an experienced and driven digital media marketer to join our Los Angeles-based team. This dynamic and exciting role will lead GTM strategy and marketing efforts for a brand new product launching in early 2022, implement & optimize paid marketing efforts. About The Role: 
Develop marketing strategy & lead user acquisition efforts for upcoming product launch Implement & manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms--paid social, UAC, TV, OOT, OOH, affiliate opportunities.
Monitor and optimize campaigns on a daily basis to improve KPIs.
Manage budgets across apps & channels to drive strong ROI.
Analyze & report on campaign performance Ideate, implement, and measure A|B tests to gain insights and improve KPIs.
Research & review audience targeting to discover opportunities to further optimize acquisition approaches.
Partner with designers to develop engaging creative assets, including video.
Keep current on advertising platform updates, including best practices and emerging trends in the online paid media space

About You: 
Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience in digital media/performance marketing, including implementing & tracking campaigns across multiple platforms.
Experience building & measuring full-scale digital media campaigns, including Google UAC, paid social, broadcast, and OTT.
Well-versed in designing, implementing, and analyzing A|B tests.
Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.
Strong analytical skills and capabilities; you can look at CPI, CPM, ROAS, and other key metrics to evolve strategy and increase conversions.
Strong data skills--you are comfortable downloading & manipulating large data sets to assess performance and uncover new opportunities.
High level of accuracy with sharp attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be self-motivated and exceptionally organized, with the ability to follow through.
Able to manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. 
Desire to be a part of an early-stage team and work with urgency and high attention to detail in a startup environment.
Mobile app/games experience a plus
