What you'll do:

We’re looking for an experienced and accomplished User Acquisition marketer to acquire users for Maple Media’s growing portfolio. We want someone who loves to be challenged and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You will lead the charge in developing, launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid marketing efforts across multiple channels. You'll oversee top-performing, high-profile apps with millions of users, be trusted with a sizable monthly budget, and have the opportunity to build your own team as we continue to scale. Work alongside an accomplished mentor, leader, and manager who gives you ample autonomy and support to lead you on your path towards success.

Duties & Responsibilities

Execute and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to support a variety of apps in the Maple Media portfolio
Monitor and optimize campaigns on a daily basis to improve KPIs
Manage budgets across apps & channels to drive strong ROI
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, notable insights, and identify future opportunities
Research & review audience targeting to discover opportunities to further optimize acquisition approaches
Further develop existing digital media strategy; discover and test new & emerging channels
Ideate, implement, and measure A|B tests to gain insights and improve strategies
Partner with design team to develop engaging creative assets, including video
Collaborate with engineering/product as needed to audit data flows, event & campaign tagging to ensure accurate reporting
Keep current on advertising platform updates, including best practices and emerging trends in the online paid media space

What it takes to do the job:

Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience in digital media/performance marketing, including implementing & tracking campaigns across multiple platforms
Strong analytical skills and capabilities; you can look at CPI, CPM, ROAS, DAU, and other key metrics to determine cause and effect to build strategy to grow KPIs and revenue
Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust etc.
Proven ability to adhere to budgets to meet business goals
High level of accuracy with sharp attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong copywriting skills
Must be self-motivated and exceptionally organized
High level of initiative with the ability to follow through
Able to manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Desire to be a part of an early-stage team and work with urgency and high attention to detail in a startup environment
Mobile app/games experience a plus
