This role will lead Medal's growth and includes a path to CMO. Medal.tv has organic growth today, acquiring thousands of users daily via organic channels due to product-market fit.

This leader will be responsible for the following:
-- Improving organic growth via strategies to develop the existing product-led growth on the platform
-- Lead growth in new geos. The product has been localized in 20 languages, and Medal has proven PMF in the US and Europe. It's time we spread the word to new geos so we can grow there as well. In particular, we are interested to expand into Brazil, India, Japan, and Korea.
-- Increase Medal's brand awareness in the gaming community via earned media and a strong presence on social media

This leader will have a small- to medium-sized team. Today, there are four current teammates that focus on community outreach, one social media manager, and a number of engineers that are able to support in creating growth loops via product innovation.

Some crucial qualities of the person who takes on this role:

-- able to defend their ideas with clear arguments
-- (ideally) experience leading an international growth strategy
-- can produce or coach production of viral social media content
-- understands some of the underbelly of gaming culture
