We're looking for a Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up, owning everything from messaging and campaigns to website optimization and sales enablement. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on driving awareness, generating leads, and supporting our go-to-market strategy for all Marble products. You’ll work closely with leaders across Sales, Product, and RevOps to craft our brand story, sharpen our positioning, and scale marketing efforts that directly contribute to growth.

What you'll do

    • Build the Foundation for Marketing:  Lead and execute the core marketing activities required to establish our marketing function from the ground up. Develop the programs, processes, and materials that support sales, build awareness, and drive future growth.
    • Clarify ICP, Messaging, and Positioning:  Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership to define and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), personas, and core messaging. Ensure we have clear, consistent positioning aligned to our go-to-market strategy.
    • Content Strategy and Creation:  Plan, create, and manage content across key channels (website, blog, case studies, email, social) to support brand awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement. Ensure messaging is on-brand, clear, and aligned with our ICP.
    • Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and run scrappy, full-funnel marketing campaigns (email, paid, organic, social, events) to generate awareness, drive engagement, and support pipeline development. Manage execution end-to-end, from strategy through measurement.
    • Website Ownership & Optimization: Own our website as a key marketing and lead-generation asset. Ensure content is current, messaging is aligned, and pages are optimized for conversion.
    • Sales Enablement and Alignment: Create and maintain materials to support the sales team, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and other resources that help move deals forward. Work closely with Sales to align on lead quality, handoff processes, and feedback loops.
    • Marketing Operations and Analytics: Set up and manage marketing tools (CRM, automation, reporting) to track leads, measure performance, and improve efficiency. Establish key metrics and reporting frameworks to show marketing’s impact on the business.
    • Collaboration Across the Business: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success to ensure alignment, share insights, and drive company-wide initiatives forward.
    • Experiment, Learn, Iterate: Test new ideas, channels, and messaging. Quickly identify what works, scale what’s effective, and sunset what’s not. Bring a growth mindset to building our marketing engine.

What we're looking for

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in an early-stage startup environment
    • Experience building marketing programs from the ground up
    • Proven success across content, campaigns, sales enablement, and digital marketing
    • Strong writing and storytelling skills; able to produce high-quality marketing materials independently
    • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Gong, Webflow, Google Analytics, etc.)
    • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and RevOps
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and optimize strategies
    • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can balance strategy with hands-on execution
    • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adjusting priorities as needed

Bonus points if you have

    • Experience marketing to legal, insurance, or health technology industries
    • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies
    • SEO knowledge and experience
    • Design or basic video editing skills
