Your Role and Mission
You will join our team of 5 AEs, selling AI for Sales and focusing on closing Mid & Enterprise companies in Europe.
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, across Europe.
- Close both inbound and outbound opportunities within the tech and other indutries.
- Effectively present and communicate Modjo’s value proposition to prospects, sparking interest and enthusiasm.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide reliable sales forecasts.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Gather field insights and relay feedback to the marketing, product, and leadership teams to help refine our Go-To-Market strategy.
- Collaborate closely with and contribute to the growth of the Modjo team.
To succeed in this role
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS.
- Results-oriented mindset: Consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong proactivity/hunter mindset/entrepreneurial spirit/enthusiastic: you will join a startup and open new companies and markets
- Organized and meticulous: You maintain a clear and structured pipeline.
- Excellent communicator: You balance professionalism and approachability, building strong relationships with clients and ability to communicate with C-levels.
- Data-driven: You leverage data to inform decision-making and showcase ROI to prospects.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- A collaborative spirit coupled with the ability to thrive independently in a high-growth startup.
We offer a package from €80,000 to €100,000 (fixed salary and variable compensation) for this role based on the profile.
