In that context, Munich Electrification is brought up PURE ME, a subsidiary company to provide fully industrialized BMS products to projects with limited customization needs resulting in reduced one-time costs and accelerated production readiness. Your role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage all technical aspects of our Battery Management System platform, from all software functions to the hardware interfaces and components.
You will collaborate closely with the PURE ME sales team and the ME software team to execute projects with clients worldwide, making sure that all project milestones are met and products are produced and shipped on time.
During the commissioning at the client, you will also be responsible for troubleshooting and validation support, being fully aware of all BMS requirements and their impact at vehicle level.
On top of that, you will support the creation of comprehensive technical and safety documentation for our customers, making sure that the highest quality and safety standards are followed.
Your future tasks at a glance
- Communicate with the customer from the product and feature definition and project acquisition to SOP
- Gather system-level requirements and coordinate internally to configure, parametrize and calibrate the BMS systems to adapt to the client’s needs.
- Perform integration tests on the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and generate test reports for our clients
- Conduct on-site visits to customers, troubleshooting potential technical issues
- Milestone planning and tracking of schedule and deliverables
- Product Owner role in the agile development process and responsible for the BMS sign-off / release to production
What you bring with you
- University degree in an engineering discipline. Some previous professional experience in a related field is a plus
- Basic understanding of circuit designs and software development (embedded C, Schematics, Layout)
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn. Entrepreneurial background is a plus
- Willingness to get your hands "dirty" and dig into technical topics
- Strong and professional communication and negotiation skills in English and German
- Experience in the automotive industry and battery systems is a plus
- Familiarity with the automotive development process (V-model) is a plus

With this in mind, our starting salary of EUR 2229 gross per month, as defined by the collective agreement, serves as a baseline, with additional compensation provided based on individual experience and qualifications.
