Munich Electrification is an innovative company founded with the aim of accelerating the transition to electric mobility. We develop innovative battery management systems for electric vehicles for our global customers. In 2022, we founded the Joint Venture QULECTRA together with Wieland-Werke AG.
Both companies share a multi-year partnership in the provision of battery management systems with shunt-based precision resistors. Our intension is to build up a team which is composed of highly motivated, exceptional engineers focused in developing the best-in-class shunt-based sensors on highest safety levels. Your Role

To have a stable and reliable supply chain established is mandatory for the products of QULECTRA. As the Supplier Quality Manager you are responsible to establish a functional supply chain during development & industrialization phase of our products. In close relationship with our customers, you will handle all technical & quality related aspects during the project.
You will mainly coordinate and manage together with our electronic manufacturing partners the APQP process. As a Supplier Quality Manager, you are also in charge of auditing and developing QULECTRA's suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

    • Execute APQP together with our production partners from sample stage to series production;
    • Assure quality in series production;
    • Audit and develop suppliers in your technology cluster;
    • Identify applicable requirements and transfer them into the supply chain;
    • Implement & validate quality and sustainability targets into the supply chain.

Your Profile

    • Successfully completed university degree in an engineering field;
    • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in automotive industry;
    • Hands-on lead auditor experience (VDA6.3); Certificates: VDA6.3 and ideally IPC-A610;
    • Deep experience in the area of automotive electronic manufacturing;
    • Highly motivated, willing to take responsibility and ownership;
    • Preference for working in teams, confident personality and excellent communication skills (English and German);
    • Readiness to travel (~ once per month).
