Your role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a HR Specialist (f/m/d). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and overall HR support and administration. Your role will be characterized by a wide variety of tasks and a high degree of personal responsibility.

Your future tasks at a glance

    • Coordinate and support on- and offboarding topics incl. necessary paperwork, contract work, preparation of certificates.
    • Update employee records and databases accordingly.
    • Prepare and maintain HR documents and processes such as employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
    • Prepare contracts, amendment of contracts, etc.   
    • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and other relevant information. 
    • Prepare and distribute reports related to payroll, benefits, and other HR metrics.  
    • Maintain HR databases and employee files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. 
    • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
    • Support in payroll and benefits topics.

What you bring with you

    • Completed university studies or completed apprenticeship within a relevant field
    • Strong background/several years of experience in HR administration and payroll
    • Sound knowledge of social and employment legislation and continuous updating of knowledge
    • Confident use of HR and payroll software, possibly experience of ERP systems
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize and execute without compromising quality
    • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English & German
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change
    • Attention for detail, service orientation
