Your role
We are excited to welcome a dynamic and ambitious engineering student to join our team as an intern in program management. As part of the Program Management team, you will collaborate with technical project managers to translate customer needs into technical requirements. You will contribute to the development process across all project phases, from concept to series release. Serving as an interface between customers and various departments at Munich Electrification, you will gain insights into the comprehensive activities involved in BMS development, including hardware and software development, functional safety, testing, and the field return process. This internship offers an exciting and dynamic environment, providing you with the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of electric vehicle batteries, battery management, and electronics development as part of an innovative and unique team.

Your future tasks at a glance

    • Engage actively in hardware and software development across all project phases, from conceptualization to series release.    
    • Provide support in project management tasks, including time and resource planning.       
    • Contribute to requirements engineering and feature definition.        
    • Participate in and support component testing activities.

What you bring with you

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or a related engineering field.     
    • Possess a fundamental understanding of battery management systems or related technologies.   
    • Exhibit a high level of motivation, a strong desire to learn, and a willingness to shoulder responsibilities.    
    • Display a distinct preference for teamwork and possess excellent communication skills (proficiency in both English and German is mandatory).
