Munich Electrification specializes in developing cutting-edge battery management systems, control and sensing components and an advanced software framework for our global customers.

In that context, Munich Electrification is brought up PURE ME, a subsidiary company to provide fully industrialized BMS products to projects with limited customization needs resulting in reduced one-time costs and accelerated production readiness. Your role
As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will own the end-to-end relationship with customers, after carrying out the PURE ME technical onboarding to acquire all needed BMS knowledge. You will be responsible from the first proactive sales meetings to the gathering of requirements and the technical execution of projects, together with all complementary organizational and logistic-related tasks.
On top of that, since PURE ME is a new spin-off of Munich Electrification, you can expect a variety of tasks such as marketing or operations. We count on your proactive contribution to the definition of processes and strategies for new products, customers and markets.

Your future tasks at a glance

    • Proactively look for high potential opportunities. Filtering and selecting customer leads based on defined criteria.
    • Preparation, presentation and negotiation of customer offers, including cost indicators, timelines, terms and conditions.
    • Gather technical requirements and configure the BMS systems to adapt to the client’s needs.
    • Conduct on-site visits to customers, troubleshooting potential technical issues.
    • Build and maintain relationships with new and current customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs to ensure satisfaction and success. 
    • Development of sales strategies for new products, customers and markets. Support in a variety of areas such as marketing or operations to contribute to the overall success of the initiative.

What you bring with you

    • University degree in International Business Management, Engineering, Business Development, or equivalent
    • Structured and out-of-the-box thinking
    • Strong motivation and willingness to learn. Entrepreneurial background is a plus
    • Strong and professional communication and negotiation skills in English and German
    • Experience in the automotive industry and battery systems is a plus
    • Experience in online marketing or SEO is a plus

With this in mind, our starting salary of EUR 2229 gross per month, as defined by the collective agreement, serves as a baseline, with additional compensation provided based on individual experience and qualifications.
