Munich Electrification is an innovative company founded with the aim of accelerating the transition to electric mobility. We develop innovative battery management systems for electric vehicles for our global customers. In 2022, we founded the Joint Venture QULECTRA together with Wieland-Werke AG.
Both companies share a multi-year partnership in the provision of battery management systems with shunt-based precision resistors. Your Role

As a Technical Project Manager at QULECTRA, you are responsible for the implementation of series development projects, prototype set-ups and customer-specific development scopes.
Based on the customer application, you develop technical concepts in the early phase, carry out component simulations, are responsible for requirements management, as well as a consistent implementation in hardware and software.
Overall, you are responsible for project scheduling and communication with suppliers, customers and other interface partners.

Your Responsibilities

    • Responsibility for the implementation of development projects
    • Requirements analysis and concept development
    • Coordination of HW & SW development activities, as well as definition of sub-requirements
    • Simulation of sub-components as well as complete systems
    • Coordination of suppliers and other interface partners based on time schedule and technical requirements
    • Representation of QULECTRA on exhibitions and conferences

Your Profile

    • University degree in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable activity with at least 5 years of professional experience
    • Profound technical understanding, quick comprehension, and analytical thinking skills
    • Extensive experience with the use of development tools for HW, SW, as well as simulation environments
    • Good problem solving skills and flexible with handling challenging customer requirements
    • Proven expert knowledge in state-of-the-art EV architectures and battery management systems
    • Strong communication and team skills
    • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent skills in German and English, both written and spoken
    • Good manners and expression
    • High degree of independence, organizational skills and willingness to travel
