Munich Electrification specializes in developing cutting-edge battery management systems, control and sensing components and an advanced software framework for our global customers.
By focusing on connected mobility and clean energy storage technologies, Munich Electrification aims to create a meaningful impact on everyone‘s life.
In that context, Munich Electrification is brought up PURE ME, a subsidiary company to provide fully industrialized BMS products to projects with limited customization needs resulting in reduced one-time costs and accelerated production readiness. Your role
In your role as HR Generalist (part time or full time), you will support us in various areas (office management, HR topics, assistance tasks, etc.). This is an extremely varied, exciting and challenging role. Right from the start you will be able to shape, decide, build and actively contribute to the development of our new business unit in Graz.

What you bring with you
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, International Business Management, or related field is a plus, but not needed
- Highly motivated, proactive
- Willingness to take initiative, contribute and learn
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with a small, close-knit team.
- Strategic out-of-the-box thinking
- Experience with HR fundamentals is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German

With this in mind, our starting salary of EUR 2229 gross per month, as defined by the collective agreement, serves as a baseline, with additional compensation provided based on individual experience and qualifications.
