We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our fast-growing team and take a leading role in building long-term relationships with our enterprise customers. This is not a typical sales role. It's about shaping how businesses unlock value from AI, step by step.

Main Responsabilities

    • Own relationships with key accounts- deeply understand their business, goals, and AI ambitions
    • Guide companies on their AI journey-from first use cases to full-scale adoption
    • Spot and activate growth-identify new opportunities, champion value-driven upsell and cross-sell
    • Turn feedback into action, collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to influence the roadmap and strategy
    • Drive adoption-ensure clients are making the most of our platform, using the latest features and best practices
    • Track and optimize- manage all client interactions in Salesforce and contribute to smarter playbooks and processes

Core Requirements

    • Experience in B2B account management or sales, ideally in SaaS or AI-first environments
    • Strong customer-centric mindset-you listen, ask the right questions, and create value
    • Familiarity with AI concepts, trends, and business use cases-or the hunger to learn them fast
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
    • Confidence using CRM tools like Salesforce and handling multiple accounts simultaneously
    • A self-starter attitude-you’re proactive, curious, and not afraid to dive into complexity

Bonus points if you

    • Know your way around the full enterprise sales cycle
    • Have worked in a scale-up or fast-moving SaaS environment
    • Understand both the business and technical sides of AI and digital transformation

Salary and Benefits

    • EUR 3200–4000 gross/month + performance-based bonus. We are open to discussing your salary based on your experience
