Main Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute partnership strategies that contribute to nexos.ai’s long-term growth across target enterprise markets;
    • Identify, approach, and onboard high-impact strategic partners (technology companies, system integrators, service providers, etc.);
    • Build and nurture ongoing relationships with existing partners to drive mutual value and product integration opportunities;
    • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with go-to-market priorities and enhance the value proposition of nexos.ai;
    • Represent nexos.ai at relevant industry events and conferences to expand the company’s visibility and partnership network;
    • Negotiate and finalize complex deals with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards;
    • Establish and track partner performance metrics, delivering regular reports and insights to leadership;
    • Stay up-to-date on AI industry trends, threats, and market dynamics to inform partnership strategy;
    • Provide partner feedback to internal teams for product development and refinement.

Core Requirements

    • 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise B2B sales within the tech or AI/SaaS industry;
    • Proven track record of building and scaling partnership ecosystems, ideally with enterprise-grade or cloud-based solutions;
    • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and deal-closing skills;
    • Strong understanding of the AI landscape and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively;
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to align partner efforts with broader business goals;
    • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment;
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills;
    • Exceptional English skills (spoken and written); fluency in additional European languages is a plus;
    • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication abilities;
    • Willingness to travel when needed.

Salary Range

    • Gross salary 4500 - 6000 EUR/Month + bonus.
