We’re looking for a Head of Account Management & Customer Success to build and lead the team that will ensure customers don’t just buy AI - they actually use it, expand it, and succeed with it. This is a critical leadership role for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, build the function from the ground up, and scale it across markets.

As the Head of Account Management & Customer Success, you’ll help enterprises go from AI experimentation to AI excellence — and build the team that makes it happen.
Main Responsabilities
- Be the first to lead and shape our Account Management and Customer Success function
- Take a hands-on role in managing key enterprise accounts during the early stages
- Build and scale a high-performing team that helps companies adopt and grow with AI
- Define the vision, structure, and operating model for how we support and expand our customer base
- Hire, train, coach, and lead the team - creating a strong, AI-literate customer-facing organization
- Develop customer playbooks that guide clients through the AI adoption lifecycle
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on strategy and execution
- Analyze customer data and AI adoption trends to uncover expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Serve as a strategic voice to the customer, helping them unlock meaningful AI use cases
- Travel occasionally to meet enterprise clients in Europe, the US, and beyond
Core Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading B2B account management or customer success teams, preferably in SaaS or AI-related sectors
- Proven track record working with international clients - US and EU experience preferred
- Strong leadership and change management capabilities in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for AI - you understand its impact on the future of work and want to be at the center of it
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Data-driven and outcome-oriented - you’re comfortable owning performance and retention metrics
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and other customer success platforms
- Ability to work strategically while staying close to day-to-day execution
