What you'll be doing:

    • Collaborating closely with customers to ensure they are utilizing the product to its full potential, with a focus on building different workflows for different business units.
    • Participating in and leading technical calls with developers to assist in resolving Noibu identified bugs.
    • Acting as the primary technical point of contact, liaising with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to address larger issues.
    • Serving as a Noibu Architecture Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong understanding of its functionality (not code-level expertise).
    • Conducting live training sessions with developers to ensure that all customers, both new and existing, are proficient in debugging errors.
    • Providing support for technical issues via ZenDesk tickets.

Who you are:

    • Experience in SaaS environments in a high-touch, customer-facing position.
    • Applied experience with back and front-end web applications to answer questions, troubleshoot and solve unique problems with third-party developers (Javascript, HTML, CSS, etc.).
    • Have excellent communication skills, you are comfortable working with and supporting stakeholders at all levels of the organization about topics that vary from operational strategy to specific tactical details.
    • Ownership mentality; ability to take an idea and run with it.
    • High emotional intelligence - you enjoy building relationships, value collaboration and have a good sense for others' motivations.
    • Ability to adapt to new processes and work accurately in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
