As a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager at Noibu, you'll be the driving force behind our strategy to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Your playground includes crafting and executing innovative marketing initiatives, focusing on channels that resonate with our ecommerce personas. We're handing you the keys to the growth engine - your ownership and accountability will be pivotal in executing end-to-end campaigns, ensuring their success and impact.

In this role, you'll be the architect of cross-functional collaboration, working directly with the Director of Marketing, Content Marketing Manager, Design support and Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive marketing sourced pipeline and revenue.

**Please note: this role is hybrid in Toronto. While Noibu is Ottawa-based, we have a co-working space in downtown Toronto for the marketing team, and the expectation is that this candidate will work hybrid from this office.**

What you'll be doing:

    • Identifying and prioritizing key growth channels, utilizing a data-driven approach to optimize performance continually.
    • Working closely with the Director of Marketing and GTM functions to develop and implement DG + Growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Owning and executing paid media campaigns aligned with distinct business objectives on platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google Ads is essential. Proficiency in orchestrating diverse campaigns and adept management of paid ads budgets are crucial.
    • Comfortable with the likes of supporting organic growth, email marketing, data analysis, CRO, and growth hacking initiatives.
    • Planning and execute targeted campaigns to acquire high-value B2B customers.
    • Implementing and optimizing event marketing, paid media advertising, content distribution, and other customer acquisition tactics.
    • Leveraging AI tools to streamline and accelerate workflows, enhance decision-making, and scale demand generation efforts across channels. Apply AI across content, targeting, analysis, and automation to drive smarter, faster growth.
    • Conducting A/B testing and analyzing user behaviour to improve conversion rates across marketing channels.
    • Enhancing and take charge of refining the conversion process and the buyer's journey on our website.
    • Analyzing marketing performance towards company goals and individual key performance indicators (KPIs).

    • Collaborating with the sales team and refining marketing initiatives to improve sales enablement, streamline sales velocity and processes, and increase efficiency.

Who you are:

    • A full-stack demand generation marketer with 4+ years in B2B SaaS, comfortable running the playbook and rewriting it.
    • You’ve built multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue results, not just leads. That includes paid media, events, email, co-marketing, you name it.
    • You have proven experience owning and scaling event marketing (i.e. micro-events, executive roundtables, tradeshows, etc.)
    • You’re scrappy and strategic: just as happy tweaking targeting in LinkedIn Ads as mapping out next quarter’s growth strategy.
    • You move fast, test constantly, and use AI tools to boost speed without losing quality.
    • You take ownership seriously. You don’t wait for direction, you create momentum.
    • You collaborate closely across teams to drive aligned and measurable outcomes.

What you'll be measured on:

    • ICP leads and Opportunities generated
    • Pipeline sourced
    • Closed Won Revenue (ARR)
